Integrity Tests

We have a number of highly experienced investigators trained in covertly entering the work place / other locations in order to conduct integrity test of your staff.

These tests can be designed to measure many different types of job related skills and abilities, but are often used to assess interpersonal and communication skills. They can be conducted on an individual or on a number of employees together.

Integrity tests assess attitudes and experiences related to a person's honesty, dependability, trustworthiness and reliability are also used to identify individuals who are likely to engage in inappropriate, dishonest, and antisocial behaviour at work.

A full report of our findings is submitted to the client and if necessary covert video footage can be obtained.
